Laboratory Manager
The Laboratory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring high-quality diagnostic services, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow. This role involves supervising laboratory staff, managing resources, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Status: Full-Time (1.0 FTE); Exempt; 80 hours/two week pay period
Position Requirements:
- Doctorate, master's or bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological or clinical lab science or medical technology AND one-year lab training and experience in high complexity testing.
- Registered/certified (or registry eligible) as ASCP, ASMT, AMT, NCA, or other laboratory certifying agency.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $125,000
A successful candidate's actual rate will be based on a number of factors including education, certification(s), training, skills, and relevant experience.
