Physical Therapist
Position Summary:
Our Physical Therapist plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
Department: Physical Therapy
Status: Full-Time; Non-Exempt; Days; 40 hours per week
Position Requirements:
- BS, MS, DPT or PhD in Physical Therapy
- Current IL license as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Completes required continuing education every two year in compliance with the state regulations
