Commemorative Brick Program

Recognize a loved one or special occasion through the Carlinville Area Hospital & Clinic Auxiliary Commemorative Brick Program. Available through Dec. 30, buyers may purchase 4-by-8-inch etched brick pavers to be installed on the patio garden near the hospital’s main entrance. These pavers are a fantastic way to honor family members, newlyweds, anniversaries, and special occasions.

Each brick may be personalized with up to three lines of text (20 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation). Buyers will be asked to review the final brick layout for spelling and will be notified once the installation is complete. As a complimentary gift, buyers will also receive a mini brick with the same inscription.

Commemorative bricks are $125 each. Orders must be received by Dec. 30. Make checks payable to “CAH&C Auxiliary” and submit payment and order form to:
