Community Health Needs Assessment
Identifying the community’s needs.
Carlinville Area Hospital & Clinics regularly conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment survey to gather information and prioritize how the hospital addresses specific health concerns in Carlinville and the surrounding rural communities it serves.
Using a data-driven approach provided by residents like you, this assessment provides hospital leadership, area health partners, community leaders, and other community representatives with the information needed to plan, implement, and evaluate health strategies and activities that benefit the community. By identifying and addressing the most pressing healthcare issues in the area, Carlinville Area Hospital & Clinics can place these issues at the forefront, prompting local leaders to work with our staff and providers toward a healthier population. The Community Health Needs Assessment is required by federal law to maintain the hospital’s nonprofit status.
