A licensed clinical professional counselor, Ian has experience in providing individual, family, and group counseling to all age groups across the life span. Ian aims to always provide a safe, comfortable environment to develop a strong judgement-free therapeutic relationship with his clients. His methods include person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, family systems, mindfulness and trauma informed therapies, and solution focused approaches.
