Our large gym houses several pieces of cardio and strength training equipment. The Lifespan Medical treadmill is capable of uphill to 15%, downhill to 3%, forward and backward, and a slow starting speed for all populations. Adjustable safety handrails and 500-pound capacity make this treadmill very accommodating.
Our shuttle system for total body rehab, high-level plyometric, and leg press activities for sports training can also be utilized in rehab for joint replacements and progressive weight bearing. A commercial functional trainer and plate-loaded leg press compliment strength training goals. Fluid upper body ergometer, upright and recumbent bikes, Octane elliptical, and Versa Climber are all available for full-body conditioning depending on a patient’s needs and fitness levels.
